I am tuning in right now for the first time and I wondered if anyone has watched this in the past? I loved Chris on American Idol, because I am a big rock fan.....but I never watched the first season of rockstar.


Can you guys let me know what you think...thanks!

Is that what you are talkinga bout? That was last season and I LOVED IT!!!

We don't have cable right now.
it stinks. We don't even have bunny ears. So I have NO idea what is on the telly now-a-days.

IT is Rock Star: Super Nova with Tommy Lee and some other guys lol


I watched it and it was pretty good. I liked the girl who sand a Nirvana song. I know her name but I'm have a brain fart HMMMM>

I watched the INXS season, and it was fun. I even bought the album of one of them who didn't win (because he was too talented and needed to have his own band),... he performed one of the songs he wrote on the show and I absolutely LOVED the song... so I went and bought the album it was on later. The song was called "Trees."

My favorite from the first season was Jordis ( It's spelled wrong I think)

I LOOOVED Jordis!!

Personally, I think the whole albumt that came about from JD joining INXS, STUNK worse than my kitty litter box after a weekend out of town!

The ONLY song on the album worth a darn IMO was "Pretty Vegas"

That song was written by JD himself and performed on the show. IT had a MUCH stronger lyric and melody than ANY of the songs written by the band. All the other lyrics were just weak, and horribly predictable. Every song I kept telling myself it would get better, but it didn't.



Did Jordis ever do an album? And who did "Trees"?

Yeah, I watched it last night...and I liked the show....I will have try and tune in every week....

I honestly don't know if Jordis made a record??? but if she did I would buy it in a second.

OOOhhh I still can't remember the girl I like from this season's name! She was born in Africa and sang Nirvana any help???

Marty Casey sang trees. His band is called Marty Casey and the Lovehammers. The song is somewhere on the internet, both the Rockstar and album versions.
But I'm too lazy to look it up, and I"d be embarrassed if someone thought it stunk.
