Don't Let Him Get Away With This!

Brian J. Vanthof is charged with breaking into his ex-wife's home and slitting her dog's throat. This was following a restraining order she placed against him. The dog died on the way to the emergency vet. Vanthof is trying to get off the hook by pleading a mental defect.
