Cat Transport Services?

Thread Starter
Hello I am new to the forums, well relatively, I asked for help a few years back with my American Curl Pixie. I have since rescued another little darling named Lilly and I am in the process of planning to move cross country.

I have heard many horror stories about putting pets on planes in the baggage area and I am really dont want to do that. The airlines will only allow me to take 1 pet in the cabin with me however and I will be travelling alone.

My question is more a request for ideas or referrals to any reputable and honorable pet transport services. I see many on the internet but I may as well randomly pick one for all the good that does me.

Any help woul dbe appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have shipped and travelled with animals for decades doing shows and competitions and have never had a problem. I know you hear horror stories but the successful trips naver make the news and there are far more good trips than bad. Just travel during temperate months and avoid temperature extremes. Tape the crate shut, choose your airline by how they talk to you about it, and try not to worry. Dedicated pet transport will cost you a fortune- if money is no object then go for it, but don't feel bad if it is out of your reach.
