Hey, I found four Male kittens in my yard they are very friendly but I cant find a shelter to take them to they all seem to be full any ideas on how to help them find a home?

bad news i am having a problem finding homes for the 4 kittens the place isnt responding to my calls what should I do the shelters keep saying full.
