24 inces of rain in 20 minutes

This is what the streets in my neiborhood looked like yesterday Manhole covers were actually blown into the air by the force of the flood. I know it's nothing compared to what some of the northeastern United States is getting but I thought it was impressive. At least the pictures were.

WOW that is just incredible ! They are having bad thunderstorms in UK and some boy has been badly burnt by a lightning strike ! Take care all the weathers just mental BTW - great action photo !

Oh gracious, yeah we got like the same amount or rain here last week, that fell through the first few months of the year.

I'm in high enough elevations, no worries about flooding....but I know that several areas were nuts around here.
