I like it, too. Those dogs must be well-trained. And the cat knows it.
I've seen that pic before and I always thought it was just great.
I don't think the pic was altered because of the reflection of the cat in the water, and how attentive those dogs are!
I always thought it was probably taken in a police dog training school. No evidence of that, but they do use Shepards a lot, and those dogs can't go after cats or whatnot when they are on the job.

Great pic! Thats pretty cool if its a real pic and the dogs are that obedient.
