A friend of mine was talking to me today about being sunburned really bad many years ago. So bad that she couldn't even wear clothes. lol. Anyway, she said that when she got home, her aunt "talked the fire out me". And she was asking if I knew what that meant & was saying "I know you've heard people say that before" (because I'm from a really small southern town). And I said "Yea! Of course I know what it means!" So anyway the point of all this is so that I can ask y'all...

what the crap does it mean?

Not a southerner, but I assume that maybe fire means mis-behavior, mischief...so probably the aunt talked to her until she consented not to burn that badly again.

I have know of people who could do that. It means they did some kind of incantation until her sunburn didn't burn any more. I have know of people who could talk warts off, etc. It is not something to get involved in since it is a type of white magic. The devil has a counterfeit for everything. This is his type of healing, but it comes with a price.
I know all that sounds far out, but you asked.
