I lost my soulmate today, my meezer Simon. He was the best cat I have ever owned, and he took a big part of my heart with him over the Rainbow Bridge. I will miss his headbutts and his baby cries and most of all his unending love for me. I'm sorry Sime, I did everything I could, but the horrible disease took you from me anyway. Meowmy misses you very much my special angel, every minute I had with you was worth all the pain I am feeling right now, we will be together again one day

Katie, I'm so, so sorry for your loss.
Simon was truly a special boy and I'm so glad I had the chance to meet him. I hope you can find comfort in knowing you gave him a good life and so much love. Just picture Simon now in all his glory, healthy and happy and know that he is watching over you with love. I'll be thinking of both you. RIP Simon

That is such a touching tribute to your sweet baby. If you hadn't taken this sweet boy in, he woudln't have had a life. Thanks to you, the life he had was happy and full of love.

I am so sorry for your loss! Dear Simon, he was so blessed to be loved by you. I'm sorry you weren't able to keep him longer! For a while, it seemed he would heal and recover, and I'm so sad to read of his passing.

Thank you for loving him so much, and for letting him have a peaceful ending. May your memories bring you comfort, and may God hold you close as you mourn.

My condolences on Simon's crossing the bridge to kitty heaven. I was just reading the post on the other side and I noticed he had to be put down and I am so sorry hun. It's always very heartbreaking when we lose a family member, human or furry. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.

Know that Simon is long over Rainbow Bridge now where he was met by all the other TCS cats to take him to his new home

Oh my, I just saw this thread. I am so sorry Simon didn't make it. You must be just devastated. I am so very sorry.

Simon will be waiting for you on the other side of the Rainbow. My Joss is probably showing all of the good spots to have a nap, and having long meezer talks.

Thanks everyone, this loss has been by far the most difficult.... I wish I could have 5 more minutes with him, one more snuggle, but I know that he is happy where he is, playing with his buddies and basking in the sunshine. His death has made me even more resolved to help as many leukemia postives as I can, hopefully one day there will be no more

I'm so sorry you lossed your precious Simon. Simon was a very beautiful boy and is now free from any pain and suffering and happily enjoying life at the rainbow bridge. Rest in peace sweet Simon.
