Does anyone else do this? I have been bad about it lately. I feel like I have to have something to eat, espically when I am on line. LOL....anyone else do this?? Be honest!

I used to do this all the time!
But since I've decided to get healthy, if I get the urge I pull out a bag of carrots.

Use to...well sometimes I still snack from boredom. It's a nasty habit. I'll eat online too.
Usually though I make it difficult for myself by NOT buying snack food. If I'm bored then I will have to make it in order to eat.

In fact, I was just bored. And I ate a small DQ Blizzard. The new caramel chocolate cheescake one.
And I must say...Ya'll should try it. It's delicious!!

Oh pineapple sounds good! I'm a baaaad snacker! Mostly at work. Home I can keep myself busy. At work I snack to keep awake!

I am horrible at work! I can eat and eat and eat and eat...........
I do it all the time. In fact, I just did! AND, I drank a Corona out of boredom too!
I used to be, especially when I was on the Seroquel, I found I'd be snacking constantly throughout the day....
Lately though, I hardly have snacks....I basically only eat lunch and dinner.
Funny though, haven't lost a pound. Grrrrr.
