BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN

6-7 lb chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.
Listen for popping sounds.

When the chicken's a** blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done.

And, you thought I couldn't cook.

I hate to say it, but this reminds me of my sis-in-law. She literally had to be taught how to toast bread and boil eggs. Luckily, my brother loves to cook and does it well.

I was really confused by the popcorn at first. It didn't make sense, until I read the end.

Happily, I am a fairly decent cook. I do know some people who should not be near a kitchen, though.

 My late mother-in-law was remembered at her funeral last week because of the 200 ways she knew how to prepare chicken. I don't think even she knew this one!

How did you all get my recipie? LOL! I can't really cook a lick. luckily my fiancee can. When I was first married(a million years ago, now I am divorced) I didn't know you had to cook hotdogs with water. I am not that bad now, but don't ask me to make something other then salads or chicken helper. If it comes in a box, I can cook it... If I have to actually cook it then I am lost. Thanks goodness my fiancee can cook or we'd be up the creek without a paddle.:tounge2:
