I just saw this today and picked up the spray. The active ingredients are:
Peppermint Oil - 1.00%
Cinnamon Oil - 1.50%
Lemon Grass Oil - 1.50%
Clove Oil - 1.70%
Thyme Oil - 1.70%
Other Ingredients:
Vanilla, Isopropyl Myristate, 2-Propanol (isopropyl alcohol) - 92.60%
-------------
Total - 100.00%

So, has anyone else heard or tried this? Any good? Any thoughts that it might work?

Thanks,
CHrissy

Someone else can come along and give you advice concerning the ingredients. In my opinion, I would not use any OTC medications for my animals.

I would steer clear of any flea treatment except what your vet gives you or recommends.

I don't plan to put it on them. Sorry, I shoulda said that in my original post. I was thinking about under the bed, floors, throw rugs, things like that that the cats don't go on, or I can pick up to spray and put back when dry.

Try diatomaceous earth. It actually kills fleas. And won't hurt you or your pets! Plus it's very cheap.

The ingredients of that spray remind me of those "natural deodorants" for humans. That don't work. What it will do is sort-of repel mosquitoes. So maybe fleas won't like it. But if you're putting it places your cats don't go, there aren't any fleas under there anyway. Try it if you want, but I can't imagine it doing much besides stinking up the joint.

I put some around my warm wet mist humidifier. I swear that thing is an incubator (sp). I covered the area a puppy pee pad just to be safe. It doesn't smell bad and the vet said to try in an area I thought safe. It actually killed the tiny fleas but not the big ones.

I have the DE on order to use around the house and outside. I done put Advantage on all the kits so I hope we're good to go. I hate fleas!
