Morning all!
It's raining cats and dogs in Dundee

Got drenched on the way to my car this morning.
I forgot to update after downstairs banging their door in on Tuesday night...well on Wednesday evening Mark and I took a stroll to the DVD shop and as we walked down the stairs the guy was out mopping his steps. We stopped to speak and he said the landlady was coming round!! haha. It was already arranged, they needed to resign the lease papers. He was telling us what happened with the door etc he seems like a really nice guy, it just annoys me the constant smell of dope and the noise but I suppose thats just students for ya! At least I know the LL has seen the door now anyway...
Today I'm in the office on my own so I'm going to try and get through that in one piece and then I'm off out with my sister tonight! Then this weekend I'll just be catching up with washing and hanging out with the fury babies I think! Haven't had a weekend at home for weeks so it will be quite nice to chill.

Another hot day in Wrexham

And its PAY DAY!!

On day 2 of my super juice diet, its going ok but i have a headache this morning, i guess its the detox kicking in

Finding the exercise regime a bit difficult at the mo, but i am determined to succeed

Bought myself a new camera yesterday so i will be able to post lots of piccies of my furry pals

Lots of footie on this weekend, Germany play today so i am looking forward to that game. Then England tomorrow

Well gotta do the washing up and then my car needs a good clean. She failed the MOT last week but having parted with lots of cash she is ok now.

I've got the book '14 days...' whatever its called by the guy who did Jordans juice diet. I think it looks pretty good but I could never stick to it, and if you're doing it for weight loss what happens when you start eating normally again? Do you get to eat meals with it aswell or just juice all the time?

Well i bought Jason Vales 7lb in 7 days which is what i am on at the moment. The idea is to lose weight, learn to eat properly and detox.

I have just bought the 'Turbo-charge your Life in 14 Days' which i have just started reading. This is the follow up to '7lbs.'

The first 7 days is all juicing, nothing else, no solid food at all. I know i am over-weight and this is the first book i have read that i have felt that i can work with. The target is to lose at least a stone, how long that will take i guess depends on me

After the 7 days i will need to get back onto solid, healthy, foods very slowly. Things like brown rice, salads etc just keep away from the fast foods such as ready meals McD and all the other things i like

Beautiful morning here in the Land Of Manc! Already walked the cats, done the bathrooms, changed the bed and have a wash on! I'm motoring today!

I'm not sure I could keep up with a juice diet! Liquid one, yes!

How are the juices tasting? (do they look like the ones on What Not To Eat?!!)

Busy weekend ahead - BBQ on Saturday afternoon, and The Stars and Stripes American Car Show on Sunday!

Hopefully it's better than the Vintage on a couple of weeks ago - there were new cars there?!!

It's just after 7am here, Reilly didn't want his mommy to sleep in so he harassed me with kisses until I got up

The Canadian long weekend is about the start

we have some friends coming down and we plan on showing them some of the sights. No plans in particular just relaxing.

Good Morning all! Well my sister and her now fiance announced that they are getting married.....in one week!

I am the maid of honor too!

Soo I will be busily searchng for a dress that is appropriate to wear since Idon't own one! This is going to be justa quickie wedding and next year they are goign to do a full out wedding. Other than that its FRIDAY and the 4th of july fireworks are tonight!
