....does a normal trip to the pet store cost you?

I had a few things that I wanted to get for Abby, some of it pricey like Feliway, and $100 I walked out. No, she doesn't really need the toys I bought, but they were on sale.
I did also buy food, and litter locker refills.

I haven't spent less than $75.... but I try to go once a month... so this includes litter, food, toys, etc. And maybe something for the turtle tank, or food for the turtle...

I also get stuck in the toy section... she has these little crinkly balls (they look like old christmas ornaments) that she loves so much, but they get lost in the house, so I buy 4 at a time, and stick them in a drawer & only give her 1 until that 1 is lost. I must have a graveyard somewhere with 30 of these little balls!

I don't go to the pet store, I usually buy stuff online from Petsmart and her food is from the grocery. But I cannot walk past any pet aisle anywhere without buying toys! My roommate makes fun of me all the time.

I always spend less than $25, but I go there several times a week.

Most times it is five dollars a trip since Petsmart is so close to me.

I've got my pet store trips timed so that I get bird food, crickets and aquarium filters one trip, and cat food the next.

But on average about $130-$150/mo
And we don't even buy cat litter or dog food there.

Never less than $100, but I don't think I've ever gone to just buy something for Jamie. The half-kitties get something, the (ex-) school sweeties get something, the neighborhood cats get treats, Jamie's dog buddy Aki gets a little something, etc.. It's really bad when I go someplace like Petco in the U.S., because then I buy stuff to take home, plus food, toys, etc., for my mom's and sister's dogs and cats (five dogs and 4 cats total, and my niece's dog and cat sometimes get presents, too.) I usually buy food and litter online (not just for me), and $300 - $400 isn't an unusual bill.
The only things I like to shop for are pet supplies, books, and furniture/electronics.

My bill is always over $50 but I buy four cats premium cat food at the pet store and I try to get enough to last me the month. Plus my kids love those crinkle balls and other small toys but always lose them so I am constantly buying more.

It totally depends on my mood. We don't buy their litter or food there so it's mostly toys and stuff they don't need. Usually it's about $30.00 in toys they don't play with.

I try to stay out at all costs. She won't eat the good cat food they sell so she isn't getting food there. I always find toys she will like so I chose $1-$25.

I've heard so much about this Feliway........what is it used for? Does it have a calming effect?

$51-$75
I usually go once a month for essentials which include..
wet & dry food and litter.

Extra $$$ are spent for toys, grooming and health aids if needed during the month.

I go pretty often so I usually spend under $25. Last time I spent about $50 though.

Yes, last time we went away for the weekend, I had a Feliway diffuser going, and Abby didn't pull out any fur liek she usually does.

I chose $25-$50 - I get his wet food/dry there (much cheaper!) and his litter (much cheaper!) plus toys and whatnot, so its usually not too bad, we go about once a month or so, and each trip is about $30ish.

I go to the little local not-so-nice pet store. I usually go 2x a month buying dog food, cat food, & that's all I buy there. It typically ends up being $50 a trip, so $100 a month. Then I end up buying litter in a grocery store or Kmart. Now that I have to buy cat attract for Ophelia in the pet store, I guess it puts me up over $50 a trip.

However, I am going to a bigger city on Thursday, so those trips usually cost me a small fortune(up to $200). I buy for the foster cats & things for the Humane Society, too.

Same here. Except I buy in bulk at after-Christmas sales and I have five cats.

I go at least once a week. I never leave that darn place without spending at least 75 bucks. I even try really really hard not to spend that much.

I chose 51-75, but it really varies, it also varies how often I go, plus with the 4 new additions, I imagine my bill will go up a bit
In fact I really do not want to know how much i spend on the crew every month
