one of our two new kittins is driving me nuts, she's nine weeks old and is always doing that desperate, lonely sounding meow. She loves to follow me everywhere I go but I don't know what she wants... She has a littermate to play with and yet still it's whine whine whine

My kitten is the same age as yours, and doing the same thing. Although she was sick, and currently getting better,..she is right behind my feet, and when she's not shes in my face meowing , like she wants me to do something. I have had kittens before, and it was never like this. I feel bad, like she is telling me something . She always has food, but this is my thing. She WONT play, Im assuming and hoping it is because she is sick..I tried to get her tired for bed last night, and she wouldnt play with any of the 100 toys I tried..

I hope you figure something out

My kitty can be very vocal at times too. Then again, sometimes he just wants to be picked up like a child. He's found a way to tell us that's exactly what he wants though. He'll stretch up our legs (without using claws) and howl. Once we pick him up and put him over our shoulder, he's fine. lol

My 8-Bit does this all the time. I know how frustrating it can be. Can you get a companion cat for the little kitty? It may cut down on her loneliness.

Thing is she has a companion, one from her own litter even.. And with two kids in the house they both get tons of play time, I don't know what it could be that is causing her to be like this, stress? I don't know
