I tried putting aluminum foil on my countertops to stop Cally from jumping on,but it didn't work. She loved to play with it by batting it around and pouncing
on it. Then she started to chew on it,so I had to take it away. She doesn't seem to be afraid of anything. I guess I'll have to try something else.

Why not use a cirtrus based cleanser or vinegar on the counter tops. Cats usually run for the hills when it comes to citrus/vinegar.

Sticky generally works well, something like contact shelf paper sticky side up or double sided tape. They generally hate that sticky feeling. (Of course, my girl like to chew on packing tape so nothing is certain.

So do helium filled balloons (usually) but sounds to me like Cally is pretty fearless and it might not work for her.
