It's official - I have adopted my new kitty and will be picking her up from her foster on Thursday - I can't wait!

Her name is Lexie now but I am thinking of changing it. She is a beautiful long haired brown tabby, a rescued feral, very small for her age. I hope to build her up with good food, lots of love and patience, and quiet peaceful place to live.

According to the foster she has been fine until recently when we have been having horrible storms for the last few days - she seems scared and lashed out and bit her. I am hoping that when she gets here and has more room of her own she will start to settle down.

I don't have a camera but as soon as I can get a friend to take some photos of her I will put them up.

Welcome to TCS

I'm sure your new kitty will be just fine once she trusts you, I wouldn't worry about that. Can't wait to see pics of her

Welcome !

Bless you for taking this kitten in. I agree with the previous statement. I have ferals. One wouldn't even come into the same room as us for 6 mos, but then she appeared and is a big attention hog now !
