How old are the kittens?? Could you provide them with some Goat's milk or KMR as a supplement?? I would contact the vet tomorrow and ask if she needs to be seen.

Is Momma trying at all to nurse them? Does she go in and otherwise care for them? It may be that she is going back into heat and that will sometimes cause a drop in milk production. When you say you have kitten formula, what kind do you have and how are you preparing it? If they aren't taking KMR, try goat's milk. If you are having a hard time getting them to accept the bottle, try smearing a very small drop of corn syrup on their tongue to stimulate the sucking motions and while they are doing that, stick the bottle in their mouths.

At this point, your girl should be eating as much as she wants whenever she wants and giving her a little of the KMR or goat's milk can't hurt. Does she appear to be too thin or otherwise not gaining her tone back?

I don't know if the heat is normal or not for your girl ... with my own girl, her belly is normally warmer than the rest of her body and especially more so after she gets up from laying in with her kittens.

What are you feeding her?

Have the kittens eaten anything yet?

Is Momma licking and otherwise cleaning/caring for the babies?

Have you been weighing these kittens every day? If so, can you tell me the weights for each? When you say they act like they are getting enough, how are they acting?

Do you feel they are in jeopardy or in any other way that this is an emergent situation? If so, then you would be much, much better off by contacting a local shelter or rescue organization for assistance. Otherwise, the potential for disaster strongly exists here.

If you don't feel the babies are in danger, then it is extremely important that you begin weighing these babies daily to ensure continued proper gain and advancement. If you haven't already, purchase a small, food-type scale which weighs in both grams and ounces. They are in the kitchen gadgets section of your local Wal-Mart and are priced at less than $10. Begin weighing these babies at the same time every day and write it down so you can readily see if there is a decline or failure to gain at a glance. You will be able to catch a problem long before it becomes an emergency.
