I dont know why, but for some reason yesterday and today, out of nowhere this bout of nausea just hits me-BAM!! I mean almost to the point of where I feel like I could throw up. I just dont understand it I guess.......
Does this ever happen to anyone else? Or am I a *oddball*??

If you go to the exotic food section of your supermarket you could find ginger candy, which is excellent for nausea.

Nausea happens...you may have had something bad to eat, or it might be that you had a 24 hour bug, or maybe you're preggers?

Do you still have your headache? Nausea sometimes accompanies a headache.... Maybe you should take it easy and lay down for a nap. That might help out.

I would be doing the same thing. Let's see headache and occasional nausea, definitely the brain disorder.
I usually find the worst possible diagnosis. In my mind, headache = aneurysm.

O-H-I-O!
Like now I am dizzy because I haven't had dinner yet(I'm hypoglycemic) and really hot so I'm hoping it's not like a heart attack at 20

That's the dark side of the internet - instant diagnosis one click away.

Seriously, all my life the ads on tv, the medical warnings, etc. - of course they're important, I get it - but I'd still love to see one that says "relax, odds on it's nothing!"

I've heard doctors say that a lot of them become med school hypocondriacs for the same reason.

Well at least you have a bunch to coose from
and if it's a process of elimination you'll be feeling fine about 1/2 way down that list, but then it may take your mind off the nausea
Hope you feel better fast

in a pile of open toed shoes!
That's so odd.... I had the same thing last week... and it was right before my cycle was to start. I couldn't eat anything, I felt like I was gonna throw up. My cure for nausea is peppermint.... gum, mints, candy anything. Peppermint does the same thing as ginger, coats & settles the stomach. I chewed on a pack of peppermint gum and by lunch time, I felt better! This also works for motion sickness....

I'm hypoglycemic also! I've never met anyone else who has this! I wake up a little nauseous almost every morning because it's been too long since I've had food.
