I'm not sure. There's always a trigger, but I'm not sure there is always a reason, if you know what I mean.

in a pile of open toed shoes!
Yuppers! I'd say "monthly" I cry for no reason... and although I admit it to my best friend that I'm overly hormonal, I'd never tell my hubby...

I'll say "how's dinner" he says "good" here's me:
"I wanted it to be fabulous!"

But I can't admit my own insanity to my husband?! Now that really would be crazy!!!

No, there's usually a reason behind me crying, I'm not a big cryer anyway... sometimes I want to cry and just can't!

No, I normally have a reason for crying, sometimes I just cry easier than other times.

Sometimes I will cry just spontaneously, but then I suffer from depression so I guess that is a reason or not....it's complicated.

I cry sometimes and think there's a reason... but then think back on it later and realize there wasn't really.

That's happened too. A few months ago I took a really bad spill on my walk home from work - thankfully I was about two minutes from home at this stage.

I managed to roll over, and sit up to check myself out, and felt like crying so bad, because I was hurt and scared, and nobody even offered to help. Anyway, I decided I couldn't just cry in public especially as I was only two minutes from home.

So I half-stalked half-limped home holding back the tears, fully prepared to cry my eyes out as soon as I had the door closed - but nothing happened.

I consoled myself by moping under the duvet until bf came home.
