runt struggling to fing nipples

hi there ive noticed my runt is finding it hard to latch on or find the nipples even with my help he/she is still taking ages to finally feed he/she is alot smaller than the other four was just wondering if anyone knew anything i should do plus when they are feeding half the time they are all fighting so little one ends up being nocked off the nipples and its back to square one im starting to worry bout this lil one

try to get the runt to feed( in addition) after the rest have done feeding and are sleeping. that way there is no fight, and then the runt can find a nipple he/she is comfortable with?
