well, My kitten Garfield seems to have an eye infection, his right eye isn't openeing all the way and has gook coming out, not extremely bad but i'm sure it's uncomfortable for him, the thing is the vet doesn't have an opening until the 30th which i accepted, so what can i do in the meantime for him? I already know i'm going to have to treat my other kitty Peaches as well.

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Use a warm washcloth to clean out the gunk. I would call around to other vet clinics. It can get worse quick and better to treat it before your other cat is infected too. The vet should understand that and the diagnosis is a really quick one. I can give you an educated guess on exactly what the vet will do and what meds he will give you to treat it and that is just over the internet. A vet somewhere should be able to slip you in today if you explain the problem. I would keep your infected kitty in another room or bathroom/laundry room in the mean time.

Thanks!! I am going to call around some more but as far as the other kitty, she's showing signs too. I'm just gonna have to have them both treated, They also have a spay and neauter appointment on the 30th so i want to get them treated ASAP!! So if you want you can give me advice on what you think it might be, i do know that it is common in kittens.
