It is possible but very unusual for a persian as they are usually late bloomers. Siamese/orientals are more likely to come into heat at 4-5 months old.

She might be in a false heat. Is there any unneutered males around? Or is she the only cat in the house?

we don't have male cat, only another 2 yr old female.

we got this kitten 2 weeks ago, never thought she could in heat so early...

the breeder said she's the weakest kitten , they thought she's not gonna make it, but she did.

she's a very active kitten, very playful.
