How to insert pic in body of post

in the land of poutine and ice
there is a small icon with a pic of two triangles on a yellow background (beside the link) - just click on that and a box will pop up and you paste the link in and it will bring up the pic

OR use the tags for images:

Sorry, but I don't have a "link" to the photo. I don't have my own website. The photos in question are simply on my hard drive.
