Kitten found on I40

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to introduce a new kitten to my 2 11 year old kitties?

My husband and I went to the beach last Sat. (His bday). ... b/c I was too lazy to stop and get gas "oh we have enough"... we ran out! On the way WALKING to the nearest exit on I-40 a KITTEN ran out from underneath a beer box towards us crying. I couldn't believe it!! No houses at all around and she's only about 7 weeks old. I guess someone put her out? Thank God I ran out of gas!

Needless to say, she is in the bathroom of our house now. If her tests are negative, we are going to keep her. If not, I'm going to try to find someone who can. She is a doll!

I dont think my 2 lazy bone babies are going to take this energetic new addition very well.

This illustrates why I live by the "everything happens for a reason" motto. That little kitten needed you and you were there, you human angel!

I'm sure if you do a search in the forums you will find lots of threads on introducing a new little one to your elders.
