Actually...no, it doesn't. But it gets him cleaner that no bath, and when it comes to giving Mischief Mistoffolees a bath, it's sort of like changing the blades on a running lawn mower.

Aww she looks so well attended to! I think that's a great idea instead of the trauma of a full-on bath.

Mischief LOVES his sponge bath. He'll even come to the tub when I'm taking a bath, wanting me to give him rubs and scritches with a wet hand. He just can't stand being in standing water.

he sounds like my little attack kitty Abilene . She'll put the fear of God in just about anyone that crosses her the wrong way lol. Except for one thing, when i bathe my kitties- she is the best one out of all of them- when she is placed in the water or is in a strange place, she will freeze and not move because she gets scared...hehe, so thankfully i can bathe her very easily....now if only all of my other kitties were soo good at bath time!
