Has anyone seen it? I watched it for the first time last night, and by the end of it I was sobbing (I've never even shed a tear over a movie before!), and I woke up at some point crying and moaning....it's an intense movie. I was wondering if it affected anyone else this way, or are my friends and I just up in the night???

I thought it was an intense movie and that Ellen Burstyn was amazing in it, but I don't recall crying over it - and I cry over movies all the time.

There must have been something in it that you related to more than I did...

great movie...for some reason, i find the saddes part of all, the end scene where the girl is curled up on the couch with her little packet of heroin-like that's all she has. that movie has made me cry before-very intense.

That's the part that got me, too. That, and Sara.
