So ever since my babies have started eating more dry and wet food they have had diarhhea, and its green. So i took them to my vets office last week and they did a fecal which was negative, and they have been dewormed, they got their second deworing yesterday. But they still have diarhhea. Im thinking the food im feeding might be too rich? Maybe I should switch to something else? I know switching causes diarhhea too but I would do it slowly, and im starting to think it is the food. They get Wellness dry and wet.(they are 7 week tomorow)

Im thinking maybe trying either Royal Canin, or Eukanuba or Iams since i can get those for free at work.

Otherwise they are healthy, very active, eating, drinking, gaining weight.

I just cant seem to get this diarhhea under control.

Any suggestions?

I would keep taking in a fecal sample every week until or unless the diarrhea resolves.

As far as food goes, I like and recommend the Royal Canin BabyCat 34 and the next stage up kitten food (can't remember what it is called at the moment) as well as Nutro. I also like Walmart's Maxximum Nutrition kitten food (dry only) on the lower end of the budget scale.

I know this has to be frustrating for you. I remember well (and not horribly fondly either) how upset I was when my girl got a mysterious case of poopy butt and we could find no apparant reason for it. Turns out my husband was feeding her people food (namely spaghetti with sauce) and the tomatos in the sauce were upsetting her badly. Once I put boots to concrete and said no more people food, the poopy butt resolved on it's own. Imagine that! *sigh*
