I have noticed that pregnant cats seem to like having their belly pet more than when they're not pregnant. Most cats seem to dislike being pet there.
The cat that had its one kitten already still seems to roll over onto its back to have me pet its belly constantly, so I'm curious how often cats remain this way even when they're no longer pregnant?

I don't know, two of mine, Pwne and Noira love being rubbed on their bellies, they have never been pregnant. Kinks will murder you if you even look at her stomach, she has never been pregnant, and Bowie will cry and jerk the muscles in her back and belly like it hurts really bad, her babies were aborted. Eliott will nip eventually if you get too low on his belly and Da-Ku licks and licks and then bites when you touch his belly. Obviously they are boys so pregnancy makes no difference.
