New Virus on the Horizon

Downloaded a new virus checker called Penicillian something or other yesterday. It just detected a virus sent via email and quarantined it. The subject line is Playboy vs. Japanese Girl...when I clicked on it to read it, it started to automatically download! That's when this new virus clicked on and alerted me, and evidently scooped it off my files and quarantined it, then it let me know what it was and what it would of done. The new virus checker comes when you download Windows 2000. So thought I would let you know.

Thanks for the warning, Hissy. There are so many hoaxes that we tend to forget that there are real viruses circulating. I am going to pass this warning along to my family and friends.

Yes, thanks for alerting us to this!!! I am running my live update right now. I have had several attempts recently to infect my computer with a virus....thankfully they have been blocked. It makes me soooo mad!
