can someone pleeease help me...I'm getting so frustreted trying to make one!! Can any1 give me a step-by-step way to make 1?

Well, to start with, members will need to know what kind of software you want to work with, e.g., Paint, Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paintshop Pro, Photofiltre, or whatever. Once that has been established, they can suggest workshops, or take you through the process step by step.
