Remember to go out and treat yourself to something wonderful afterwards - like some awesome chocolate or a nice lunch!

Although after I go to the DR and they weigh me, I don't feel like eating much!

I am sorry you have to go!! Good vibes though! I hope it isn't as bad as my last one!!

I think I'd rather not...lol.

I'm well due for one myself.....never a pleasant experiance but after 2 kids, I suppose it doesn't matter who is looking down there. (doctor wise).

I'll come with you, Susie, but you have to come with me in a couple weeks. I'm sending you some "quick & painless" vibes. Remember, though, chocolate is really the best way to get your blood sugar back to normal after the stress of having these tests or having blood drawn...it's therapeutic and, thus, the calories don't count.

Just be glad it's only once per year. When I had cervical cancer I had to have a pap every 2 months for 2 years and then every 6 months for 5 years and then yearly.

See, it could always be worse. Have some cake and ice cream after to celebrate your good health because by going through this icky thing once a year will keep you healthy.
