I locked Sebastian in room last night and....

Hi Everyone-

I accidentally locked Sebastian in the bedroom with me last night and he peed on the rug. He was bugging me all morning, meowing climbing on me etc...but he does this EVERY morning so it was nothing new to me. I did not realize he had somehow managed to close the door last night. I feel bad My baby was trying to be a good and I ignored him!

anyway I was wondering as this is cat pee and not cat spray what is the best product to use on it?? If I get all the smell out he is unlikely to repeat the behavior unless I am a bad mommy again and lock him in right?

I cleaned it this morning before work with a carpet cleaner and sprayed Fabreeze on it..then I closed the door cause I had to go to work.

After work I am going to buy a cleaner to make sure all the smell but do not know what to use. Any help would be appreciated.

I second the Nature's Miracle. I use it to clean their boxes and Polly's occassional messes (She has cystitis)
