17 year old cat in Iowa finds a home

I am moving to a home that doesn't allow pets. Beau has a new home, but Felicia does not.
I don't know what to do; Felicia is 17 years old and I know she won't fit in another home.

May I ask if there is anyway for you to find a place that she is welcome???

or possibly explain at her age the new homing thing wont work to where your moving??

That's upsetting....like sharky said, can you find somewhere else? She will be so stressed out, being 17 years old...

I understand how hard it is finding a place to move to that accepts cats, having just had to do so myself.

I hate to see your sweetheart taken away from her mamma when the stress at her age might be too much to deal with. Best of luck with your sad predicament! You and Felicia and Beau will be in my thoughts.

Nancy has found herself in a position where this is the only choice. This is crushing for her, she has loved Felicia every day for 17 years and now has been given no alternative but to part with her sweetheart. What we need is someone who could provide even a temporary home for Felicia.

oh Nancy, my heart weeps for you I sure do hope that a loving wonderful home can be found for your girl. I hope that this is only a temporary situation for you and that you can all be together again soon. I can only imagine the love you have for them and your doing everything in your power to ensure they are loved and cared for

Oh Nancy, I am so terribly sorry that you have to go through this If I lived nearby I would take Felecia home with me. I wish you the very best of luck in finding the best home possible for Felicia. Nancy, I'm so sorry that you find yourself in this position - I can't even begin to understand what you're going through now. If I was closer I would help. It feels inadequate but all I can do it send loads of vibes for Felicia and hope that she finds a loving home soon and that Beau is happy in his new home.

oh my big hugzzzz. well i live in iowa but with 3 kids 3 cats and a puppy i dont think my house would be a best place for a older cat. I really feel for your situation. wishing the best luck for u and Felicia.
