Here's one for Maddensmom:

You have such beautiful photos of Madden, it was hard choosing! I may have to make another one later!

I'm glad you like it!
I had to use that picture of Java, it's so funny! The background and font had a lighter feel to it, so I needed the comedy in the picture!

Hope she is well, I remember when she found you.

I think that was from National Geographic (I bought a CD). I'm not sure, though. Did you notice that I finally found out that PSP has the "halo" effect? It's under "relief". Now I'm playing with some new fonts.

A few questions for the sig makers..........

How long does it normally take you to make a sig?

How many have you made, that weren't good enough to post? I will admit to 3

From "scratch", about 30 to 60 minutes. If I've already got the cat/dog cut out of the background, 10 to 30. My biggest problem is finding the right colors. No wonder most of my clothes are black, and our home is mainly shades of brown!
I've made lots for myself that I wouldn't dare post. For this thread, I'm 50:50. I made another one for AshleyNicole, but didn't like the picture of Marlee I'd originally cut out as well as the one I finally used.

I've gone anywhere from about 20 minutes to an hour or two! Yikes!
It really depends on how good the pictures are, and what background I use. If I'm using a really intricate background, I like to make the sig complex. I spend a lot of time playing with the fonts and font colors too.

I just counted them up...I've made 15 for this thread!

I haven't dumped any yet. I've gotten partially through some, and started over though...does that count?

I would have to say it takes me anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on different things like Kelly mentioned. Sometimes if I'm not happy with something on one, I will eave it for a while and come back to it.

Well, for me, I create all of my own backgrounds, and sometimes that can take a while. I never use a pre made background or a photograph as a background. So, usually it takes a couple of hours for me. Sometimes less, if a background I create works for me. Usually, I'd say between an hour to 2 hours to create a siggy from start to finish. I've made a few signatures that I don't think are worthy to submit to people, nothing in this Siggy Shower, though.

I am with Hope on this one, I make all my own backgrounds and will happily spend ages working on them to make them 'fit' with the pictures of the kitties so anywhere from 20 mins - 3 hours. Sometimes the pictures don't need 'extras and are great by themselves (like the one of Roscoe) and the background is fairly plain but I spent a fair bit of time blurring and blending the fur on Roscoe, but it only took me about 30-40 mins.

Countless sigs, I have a few that are on hold to be worked on when I have enough time to concentrate on them and others that I gave to the people not being overly happy with them but promising to tey again when in a more creative mood. I also tend not to not post it but just keep working on it until I am happy

A question for the non siggy makers (and siggy makers too I guess) can you generally tell who made the graphic without reading a thread about it? I mentioned this to ClixPix the other day, but for me I can generally tell 75% of them without finding a thank you thread to see who did it

I always know your siggy's. You have a certain style that is all your own. I always know Cagnes as well. I'm starting to recognize AbbysMom's Sigs as well. Can you tell mine? There is one little touch I add to all of my siggy's, although it's not really obvious.

I recognise yours because they are flattened and bevelled to produce the look that they have an edge, cagnes' generally have stars, mine go along the lines of one pic that is normal and the other as an overlay like in yours and generally curvy text... sometimes I can recognise Abbysmoms sometimes not, Eva always has the (c) on hers so they are obviously hers... and then the others I have to check
