I know mine are, but I don't know how to make them smaller!

Moz, the file size on every one of those is too big. Go to www.irfanview.com Try downloading that tool. You can't keep making oversized siggies for members.

What software do you use?
Photoshop and PSP you just go to save for web and it will let you choose the file size or there are lots of freeware programmes (or just make them smaller in actual size - 500 x 134 pixels)

Umm.. I have Microsoft Office Picture Manager and Photoshop.. and paint.

Here is Tolly for Anakat

Does your photoshop have the "Save for Web" option? That will assist you with filesize.

Well open it in photoshop, click file, save for web and pull the slider down to about 60% and it will be fine
