Appears so to me . Those are some very pinked-up looking nipples. That usually happens around week 3.

A cat is usually about 63-68 days for pregnency - so about 9 weeks.
Joe....I do hope she is being kept indoors only now....although she does look pregnant, it is somewhat difficult to give you an accurate date of delivery since we don't know when she became pregnant.
