Here I have been blaming all the messes on the top shelf of the bookshelf on Chico. I automatically assumed he was doing it. He is the one making the messes of anything on the floor. I have caught him doing that. I was sitting up to the computer being quiet(studying) & I look over to see Damita scaling her way straight up the bookshelf(it's one of those floor-to-ceiling bookshelves)! She got about 5 feet up it before she climbed on the shelf & started knocking things off. Then she vaulted all the way down to the floor!

I am astounded that with how little vision she has she got way up there! I wish I had the camera so I could've gotten a picture!

Anybody else have "handicapped" cats that don't act like it?

my parents used to have a blind kitty named Tigger and my mom made him a kitty run so that he could go outside and be safe...but anytime he would smell another cat he would still puff up and prepare to defend his land

I felt bad for always blaming Chico...I guess I never thought sweet little blind Damita could get it trouble. I guess she proved me wrong!

And she was probably giggling
behind her little paw every time Chico got in trouble
