It was probably a puppymill. :\\

People like this should be starved for the same amount of time the dogs were. See how they like it.

What made my blood boil was the bit about the vets refusing to visit, let alone treat these poor animals. How can they refuse? Have they no compassion?

Ugh, poor doggies! I'm glad that man found the dogs, and took them on. What a heartwarming story, that people are helping. Please update us as the story continues!

God bless the man who took the dogs in. I hope they find the evil man who abused them and punish him to the fullest extent of the law, and beyond.

Animal industries can be so cruel!! Here in California, it is only a misdemeanor, which means that a person can hire an attorney to appear on their behalf, plus the sentences are less than a felony. I would like all crimes against animals & children to be possible felonies; even if they are charged with a felony, more than likely, the defendant could plead down to a misdo.
