Is slight twitching normal? My mom is worried about it. Even though I think it's only happening because their ears are starting to open up, and random noises startle them. It happens most when they're sleeping. Should we worry about this, or is it normal?

opinions.

Yes that is normal. BTW...remember to keep the mom cat strictly indoors only until the kittens are weaned and she can be safely spayed.
