Aw! Don't feel bad, every day families with no cats adopt only one cat, in fact some cats do better by themselves and perfer it that way. I have had quiet a few cats who HATED any other cat, they would fight any other cat and find a way to get away from other cats, all of those cats now have loving families-for the sheer fact that I could never have just one cat!

Don't feel bad, as long as you know that they are going to caring, loving homes where they will be looked after I am sure the kittens wouldn't have it any other way!

Sometimes the best thing to do is to contact rescue groups and see if they will allow you to bring your kittens to their adoption event. Also....look for people who already have a youngish cat or another kitten at home that your kitten can be a companion for. I agree with you...at 10 weeks, they really should go with a companion or to someone who already has another cat. Don't forget to charge an appropriate adoption fee. There is a really good PDF called "how to find homes for homeless pets"...you can find it here:

http://www.natewood.net/Rehome.html

It has good information on how to place ads and a sample contract.

At 10 weeks of age...these kittens should have received their first distemper shot and have been dewormed. If they have not seen a vet, now is the time to get them in.

Also, you didn't say anything about the mom cat....she really needs to be spayed so she doesn't become pregnant again.

As far as how each of them will feel once the others leave...it's hard to say...if 2 of your kittens seem more bonded to each...then I would name them Peanut Butter and Jelly and explain to anyone interested that Peanut Butter cannot go without Jelly.
It's a cute tactic and oftentimes it works.
