Wht is the strangest people food your cat likes?

I had a cat once that enjoyed tortilla chips. If you had a bag out you had to share them with him..very odd cat actually cause he would also join one in the shower or bath (he jumped in the bathtub when my husband was taking a bath once and swam around for a while.) Very odd cat that one was.

We found out last night that Harvey likes chocolate pudding. (We didn't give it to him intentionally...I left the room and came back to find him licking out my mixing bowl. Fortunately, he didn't get much of it. We're really going to have to watch that, though.)

She also LOVES marshmallows. To the point of trying to fish them out of my hot chocolate.

Chuckie likes marshmallows too, of course he is only allowed a few licks! But then we rarely have marshmellows in the house.

Sibohan eats any type of bread from a bagle to bead to a muffin.
Duke likes licorice... I barely like licorice

I'd have to say green olives but they don't get them, they just always want to eat them!

Molly and Megan don't show any interest in people food, but Peekaboo loves vienna sausage!
I once had a cat who loved potato chips, and ginger snaps. He would actually try to steal a ginger snap out of my hand if he got in my lap while I was eating it.

other than that he generally doesn't like people-food. he doesnt even like wet food that much, but i know its not good to feed a male cat all dry food, so he gets wet in the morning and dry at night (lets be honest, he gets dry throughout the day, whenever he goes to his dish and looks at me with "feed me im STARVING to death mommy!" eyes).

Sarah, however, a cat i used to take care of, loved people food, particularly vanilla pudding and potato chips.

Fill me in here. Why is it not good for a male cat to eat only dry food?

Apparently, Oscar now loves French Onion chip dip. I left it sitting on the floor(he doesn't usually bother people food) and Trav was sitting on the couch watching him when Oscar stuck his head in and started lick it! When I tried to put it away I got the DEATH GLARE!

He also LOVES chicken and steak but not much junk food

Scratch LOVES olive juice.. or whatever water comes in the jars of olive. I was picking some olives out of a jar, and when I put the fork down, Scratch jumped up and started licking the fork and rubbing it on her face. I took the fork away because I didn't want her to poke her eye out.

Polly loves Tuna Juice. You can HEAR her sucking it up as if it were through a straw! She also LOOOOVES Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky. She knows what the bag sounds like and will follow Jordan around and rub her face all over him until he gives her a little piece.

We also caught her eating a random Honey Rosted Peanut off the floor one night. Jordan had dropped it and Polly went for it, chewed it and everything! Who knows if she would do it again though. It isn't often we have peanuts on the floor.

I am not sure what the kitten (Who now has a name, Roxy) likes yet. She is really too young to introduce to people snacks. I don't want to start any bad habbits. But she does have a KEEEEN interest in anything that goes near my mouth. Drinks, food, CHAPSTICK!!

from everything i've read, male cats are prone to urinary problems, and eating an all dry food diet can really make it worse... i'm not sure what it is exactly-forming crystals in the urine? im sure theres someone on this board who can fill you in a lot better than me. but yeah, i was told by my vet as well-don't feed an all dry diet to a male cat.

Cheetos.

My Ditto cracks open the can of Cheetos at any available opportunity and feasts. Here he is getting rid of the tell-tale evidence on his paws after being caught orange-pawed in the Cheeto tin.

That cracked me up!!! Him and Abilene should have dinner some time lol, they'd definitely agree on Cheetos for the main course!

Sam would be a coffeeholic, if I'd let him Mica loves cream cheese and sour cream.

Both of my girls enjoy baby lima beans. Sierra likes bread, and insists on little pinches when I eat it. Serenity adores Italian green beans, and will steal them one at a time and take them off to eat before returning for another

olives and pesto sauce

Charley would have drunk tea from my cup (when I wasn't looking).
The leftover milk from the bottom of my cereal bowl.
Raw eggs.
