Due to my kittens eye and respiratory infection, my vet reccomended that I seperate it from the other kittens and also bring it inside. It's almost 7 weeks old, but it seems lonely. Is there anything I can do to help it cope? I take it out every once in awhile for a "visit" with the others...

Please don't take it out for a visit, as you run the risk of making the other kittens sick. That's why your vet said to separate them, and that means completely. Try to spend some quality play and cuddling time with the quarantined kitten.

Make sure you wash your hands well after playing with your sick kitten before you pet your other cats too.

That's very important. I would even go so far as to change my clothes after interacting with the sick kitten.

Visit with the kitten often, I'm sure he could use the support and a play buddy right now. Make sure to at least wash your hands/face anything else the cat touched each time you visit him before and after, and you can change your clothes as well.
Back when I worked at the Human Society I would change my clothes every day before coming home.

You can also provide him with a scratching post and lots of various toys to help keep him entertained while he's in quarantine!

I thought of this after I posted (clicked the button) as well. Great idea.
