I had an engine failure on very short final approach (twin engine) with 6 CN rail workers onboard in January.

Oh my goodness!!, did he know that he was allergic to what caused the reaction?

Well, there's been a couple emergencies lately
but the last one I was personally involved in was when Pandora decided to have a late night snack... on an power cord! Electrocuted herself and i had to rush her to the emergency vet at midnight
she's completey recovered but has definitely knocked off a few of her 9 lives

I would say that would be last friday when me and bf were driving home and two vehicles wrecked and the one went over an embankment shearing a tree and landing on it's rood ejecting the female driver. We ran down along with others to try and help but there was nothing to do, she was laying there talking but she looked pretty beat up, we thought she would be OK. Medical personal arrived almost instantly as it was across from a fire dept, and she was taken by helicopter to a hospital.. but died overnight

He didn't know what he ate or touched. I don't think he knows to this day cause the reaction.

According to my husband... the zoo
I can't really think of one... except for a minor emergency Sunday.

I was cutting up carrots for a pot roast - somehow I managed to line my left thumb up with the carrots
, and you know how tough carrots are and how you have to push down to slice them (you get the picture)... yep, I sliced my thumb pretty good.

Luckily my husband was just outside the door, so he came in and got me all banadaged up. I didn't need stitches and thankfully it isn't nearly as sore as I thought it was going to be.

You know Arlyn, I don't know how that happens. I spell things the right way, etc, and then somehow it's different when I post it........I wonder if it's the "messwithher ferrys" messing with me again!

I think Wyan does it. You know how he is about spelling and how perfect we all are and never make spelling mistakes. He has to find SOMETHING to tease us about!!

Probably last year when we had to rush one of the cats for an emergency c-section. There was about five of us in the room reviving kittens!

Other than the incident two years ago (which I probably repeated two dozen times on this forum), I had an chemical accident in a quantitive analysis lab three years ago that resulted in first and second-degree burns over the entire face.

Burts bees baby lotion saved me. Unfortunately they don't make the same lotion anymore since the company was brought by another company.

I don't see "scapegoat" under my username.

I haven't had an emergency for ages.
