One of my dogs has decided to help Momma by cleaning the kittens for her, she cleans their behinds and face. I just want to make sure this is ok?
The kittens seem to really like her and they roll over for her so she can clean them good.

Is it ok?

Why not? When we first got Keno (our lab) who just got done with her own litter of pups (10) she took more of a mothering attitude to the kittens in the house at the time.

Subsequent litters she didn't mother, but still was ok with them. Ling seems to like the dog better then the dog likes the cat.

When Buzz was 4 weeks old Niki took that job since he didn't have a mother. It was very helpfull to say the least.

My dog enjoys licking Angel's kittens, Angel does not mind one bit.

I think that is sooo cute. My foster cat nursed my Chihuahua puppy and it was so funny.
