I did a good deed today!!

Guys, I feel so good this morning...I was in Tim Hortons drive thru, and this lady let me into this impossibly long line up of cars...so I paid for her coffee and bagel. She was in the car behind me, so I just paid for her stuff and drove off.

Now I am smiling so much because I feel so good about it. See? Now that lady knows that it pays to do a good deed

You rock! I do that with toll booths sometimes, just pay for the car behind me - especially if it's a beater.

More people should do stuff like this, I think!

That is great! I once had fun on a long journey paying tolls for the car behind without saying anything. I just chuckled when I thought what happened when they got to the gate and were told it was paid for! It was such a small amount and gave me a laugh.

i like doing things like that.. makes me happy to know i probably made someone else smile, made their day a little brighter

I saved a single Dad on an access visit the other day. we were sitting having a picnic lunch under a tree nearby. he was trying to be a good dad and got yoghurts sadly no spoon or stuff to clear up his 3 year old afterwards. when I saw him get out a brown paper bag to rip up and try and wipe the girls face clothes and hands with it I passed him the wet wipe box! phew that made a big difference to the rest of their day!

We used to have a guy in the last town where we lived that would buy a pop at the little local store, he would also buy an extra one and tell them to give it to the next person for free. I was a recipient of that once and my daugther once as well. Pay it forward!

Once my sister-in-law and niece were behind my daughter and in a McD's drive thru. I thought I would do the same - pay for their order. I did that, but all they got was one water! oh well, I tried.

Did you happen to see the commerical where the girl was at a dry cleaners and she saw this good looking guy behind her ( think it was really a car commerical) so she paid for 2 of his shirts and gave tha gal at the window her card and ask her to give it to the guy. I'm sure you did it because she was nice enough to let you go ahead of her, that was very nice of you, not enough nice gestures done anymore at all
