I'm thinking about getting some littermaid self cleaning boxes.
I know you can't use clumping litter in those so what type of non-perfume, little dust or dust free litter would you all recommend?
And are they available with a lid? If not I guess I'll have to get hubby to build or buy some type of furniture looking litter box holder.

Oh I found the answers to those questions. LOL
They do come with a privacy tent.

I always thought clumping litter in the littermaids would gum up the rake.

LitterMaid Elite Mega - Advanced Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box
Model Number: LME9250
Includes 4 Waste Receptacles, 4 Carbon Filters, Paw Cleaning Ramp, Cat Privacy Tent, Triple Action Tool
$199.99

LitterMaid Premium Clumping Cat Litter Model Number: LML100
It's the purrfect litter choice!
Superior clumping
Excellent odor control
7 lb. bag for $22.99

LitterMaid Waste Receptacles Model Number: LMR200
12 receptacles for $14.99

I'm sure there is another type of litter that has little to no dust and is non-perfume that would work and cost less than 22.99 for 7 lbs.
With 3 boxes being totally emptied and cleaned out every other week it could get pretty spendy! Not to mention the inital $600.00 for the 3 boxes!
