Before we got Scratch spayed, she would sleep on my bed and rub against my leg when she was hungry. When I would rub her face/belly, she seemed to like it but didn't beg for more.
This evening I was out planting flowers with my mom (it's kind of late in the year, though) when I could hear Scratch meowing in the house. I went inside and my brother said she started crying as soon as I went outside. She kept on meowing and I started rubbing her face, and she obviously liked it. Before she was never like this, and now she is, and I'm glad!
Some days I thought she hated me, but now every day she's following me around and begging to get pet.
