Do I have to have all that for me to have the additional avatars? Or just the number of days I have been a member and number of posts? I mean do I have to have a certian about amount of PMs to have access to certain things i.e. avatars.

The number of posts and the length of membership are what count (both need to be met).

The PMs and the avatars are your perks of that level
