Something is wrong with House

House is my almost 6 week old kitten. I noticed this morning his butt is really red, looks irritated and a little swollen, I think he has been getting a messy behind and Momma has been cleaning it raw. He is normal otherwise but it is really noticable.

Did Momma cause this or could there be some kind of problem? I noticed his poop was soft but not runny,light brown, but he has had a dirty bum for a couple days now. Im hoping the reddness is just from to much Momma cleaning.

What can I do for him?

I can take him to work with me today to have the doctor look at him, but then Momma and the kittens will be at the animal hospital till my shift is over(6 hours), should i take them or is there something I can do at home?They dont get their shots till Thursday, or can they get thheir vaccinces two days early?

I am not sure what I will do, you might want to take him to the vet just to make sure everything is ok.

For peace of mind I would bring them all infor a look see- I am sure vaccinations a day or 2 early is not aproblem!

At 6 weeks he is due for shots anywho so I would take him now and ask the vet... Couold also be worms.... But safer to ask the vet...
