Newbie here...could use your help....

Hello Cat lovers!


I'm JamesDeanChick, and I'm a 21 year old college student. I'm from Southeastern PA, near Philly. My cat, Dusty, is a neutered orange tabby tomcat, and he just celebrated his 12th birthday! He's my favorite "little old man"

Heidi, your babies are adorable! I'm an English Literature major, and a writer, so the name Ophelia really sounded a chord with me! I'm glad I got such a warm welcome, because I'm quite at my wits end, and I need all the help and advice I can get!

Hi James and welcome to you and your kitty!

I was an English major in college, too! She was named after the character in Hamlet (obviously). We were thinking of naming Trent after another Shakespearian character, but nothing seemed to fit. Hubby called him Hamlet once and I almost died laughing. It just didn't work with that kitten! He is actually named after Trent Reznor from Nine Inch Nails, and it suits him perfectly. Kitty Trent still throws himself around while playing just like Trent Reznor does on stage!

If you would like to see pics of my babies, I have a few in an Ofoto album. They are about 3 years old now, but I just love their baby pictures so there a a few of those in there too.
